Another factor in hiring a live event painter is location. There may be travel/hotel fees involved depending on the distance the artist must travel to your event location.  You can quickly learn if the artist fees are within your budget.

Step 4: Reserve the Date

Live event painters often have busy schedules, so it's crucial to book them well in advance of your Quinceañera date. Once you've decided on an artist and received a quote, sign a contract and pay the artist to secure their services for your event. Ask if they offer a payment plan.  This will ensure they're available to paint during your celebration.

I was hired to paint at a Quinceanera birthday party.  The young lady was very sweet.  I had to reconfigure the flower arch to fit around her in order to paint it for the background.  It is always a challenge to paint live at an event and also chat here and there with guests.  I do my best to keep it interesting and entertaining for the viewers.  The finish in the studio gets my undivided attention.  I love to paint!
